Abstract
The importance of network organizations gets theoretical and practical recognition. Governance performance in network organizations mainly reflects a region coordination ability and competition ability. However current empirical work has paid little attention to what kinds of dimensions arrangements really do reflect governance performance and reduce transaction costs. Based on the Caofeidian enterprises in Tangshan, this paper explores the dimensions of governance performance in network organizations.
