Abstract :
The selection of suppliers is an important part of enterprise strategy, so it is very important to evaluate suppliers using proper methods. This paper firstly constructs comparison matrix using DEA, then assesses the alternatives using AHP. In this method the known data is fully used and the influence of personal factor is avoided. Finally an example is used to prove the method effective.
