Abstract :
It has been proven that network coding can provide significant benefits to network protocols. However, network coding is very vulnerable to pollution attacks. In recent years, many schemes have been designed to defend against these attacks, but as far as we know that almost all of them are merely suitable for single-source network coding system. In this paper, we proposed a homomorphic signature scheme based on bilinear pairings to stand against the security challenges in multi-source network coding, which is more prevalent than single-source network coding. This scheme can filter out all the forged packets coming from not only intermediate nodes but also source nodes. The signatures in our scheme have short size about 160 bits, and the senders needn´t know all the message packets in advance.
