Abstract :
This paper is dealt with one of vital important subjects to the designer and the operator of Distribution systems (DS). Its reliability has been estimated under several conditions of relay and transformers types and DS configurations. The results obtained enable the designer to determine the choice of these factors in view of the sensitivity of DS reliability to their failure characteristics. A computer -aided approach has been proposed to solve the problem from its sides.
