            Abstract : 
According to three practical situations of information communication, this paper defines the concept of lambda-upper approximation fuzzy rough communication, and presents a lambda-upper approximation fuzzy rough communication model using rough fuzzy sets and cut set. It discusses the properties of the model, and obtains the relation theorems between rough communication based on a fuzzy set and that of a classical set. Using lambda-upper approximation fuzzy rough communication, this paper obtains decomposition theorems of fuzzy rough communication. Lamda-fuzzy rough communication is a new application of rough fuzzy sets.
