Abstract :
AOTF has sidelobe as well as other filters and sidelobe level reaches to some extent, cross-talk will occur, then sidelobe suppression becomes essential. Ways of Apodization are birefringent apodization, weighted coupling, etc. The optimal optical filter responses of AOTF with weighting function is gained, which is lower than −41dB.
