  • Abstract
    A novel prototype liquid bio-chip based on molecules optical switch of upconversion fluorescence nanocrystal(UCP) as a donor attached with anti-BSA antibody and quantum dots(QDs) as an acceptor conjugated with antigen (BSA) was designed and constructed for a innovative element of liquid biochip used in BSA detection.
