Abstract :
This paper reviews the time-domain diffuse fluorescent tomography methodology developed in Tianjin University, including both the multi-channel TCSPC-based experimental setup and the inversion scheme for image reconstruction. The feasibility and potentials of the proposed techniques are demonstrated by simulative and phantom experiments.
