Idea Evolution and Visualization in Team Creation

Team creation is a complicated process in which team members need to generate and implement idea until creative task is complicated. Now a great deal of research focuses on how to stimulate team members to generate more ideas. Very little research is about how to improve and implement ideas. In order to support team creation, we establish an idea evolution model, and based on this model realize visualization of idea evolution process. Idea evolution process is a process from idea selection and improvement to mature scheme forming and implementation, until the whole creative task is completed. Idea evolution model focuses on the process of idea evolution from a rough and immature idea to mature scheme and its implementation. The idea evolution model and its visualization dynamically reveal the whole process of idea improvement and implementation, so as to effectively support team creation.
