Abstract
The expectation of secondary vocational schools on the capacity of teachers is investigated in the form of questionnaire, AHP is applied for the analysis, and the result shows that: in the basic quality factors of teachers, professional ethics is the most important, and then teamwork; in the basic skill factors, language competence and student management ability are important, and then microcomputer operation ability and scientific research ability; in the professional post ability factors, operation skill is the most important, and then the production management; in the comprehensive teacher ability, teaching ability, basic ability, basic skill and professional post ability are of equal importance, all of which are abilities that a teacher in secondary vocational school must possess.
