Abstract :
This paper introduces the principles and methods to design IIR digital notch filters with zeros and poles on the z-plane. The design of IIR digital notch filters has several advantages, such as high exactitude, high stability, and the avoidance of waveform distortion. So some engineering value can be found from it.
