Abstract :
The poor operation ability is one of the main reasons for the difficult employment of college graduates. In order to solve this problem, considering professional characteristics of automatization, research and improve four training methods of single chip microcontroller course like the theory teaching, laboratory teaching, curriculum design, and examination. And get rid of the shackles of the old teaching model, using the flexibility of teaching to enhance the training for the students´ operation ability, and inspire the students learning initiative and creativity, so as to enhance students´ comprehensive operation ability. Particularly the further improvement for the curriculum design is important. Practice has proved that through the improvement of training methods, teaching effect was improved distinctively, students´ practical operation ability significantly increased, but also cultivate their good scientific attitude and rigorous and stable work style.
