Abstract :
Electronic government procurement has become a global inevitable trend of government procurement development. The supplier evaluation system in electronic government procurement can make the decision-makers take part in discussions and decision-making at any time in anywhere increasing the flexibility and effectiveness of decision-making. In this paper, we research and innovate the algorithm of supplier evaluation based on the multiple amended weight coefficient. With the incomplete information situation gradually improved throughout the whole process of the tender, weight coefficient will be amended three times: determined the weight coefficient according to considering importance of the multi-attribute in general sense; amended the weight coefficient according to the discrete degree of attribute values; amended the weight coefficient again by the discrete degree of experts evaluation. This algorithm has a universal of solving the problems of ¿multi-member, multi-attribute, sorting choice of multiple targets¿.
