Abstract :
This paper presents an efficient optimal pricing algorithm of wireless content service based on association rule and nonlinear integer mathematical programming. The core idea is to find out association rules that satisfy the predefined minimum support and confidence from a given bill database of wireless content service by the a priori algorithm, and then obtain optimal pricing by optimal pricing algorithm of nonlinear mathematical programming. This algorithm can accommodate any kind of demand distribution or valuation function, it can solve any feasible number of wireless content service and can determine how many packages an wireless content service provider should offer and what price it should charge for each pricing package. The numerical analyses and computational simulation result reveals this algorithm is available.
