Abstract :
In this paper the level of influence of the most important geometrical and physical parameters on the 50% propagation delay of a realistic interconnect structure based on a CNT bundle and taking into account both driver and load characteristics is analyzed. The performed study is based on the Design of Experiments approach, and leads to the definition of the relative weight of the different parameters on the considered output ones. The proposed procedure can be adopted in order to study other relevant performances of the nanointerconnect.
