Abstract :
A scheme of XOR/XNOR logic gate is presented, based on non phase-matched noncollinear second harmonic generation from a medium of suitable crystalline symmetry, Gallium nitride. A characterization of the nonlinear material is also presented by means of non-collinear scheme.
