Abstract
Owing to its energy-saving and environment-friendly features, the fuel cell car has become the future trend of vehicle development. To prolong the engine´s life span, the suspension of fuel cell engine needs to be appropriately designed, which relies on the testing of vibration parameters. In this paper, a set of vehicular vibration testing system revised by close-up photogrammetry is built, in which the vibration test stand of fuel cell engine is inspected on-line automatically. Calibrated precisely through CCD camera, the spatial coordinate of specific point could be solved by means of normal photography. Additionally, in this system, a special kind of return-light reflection symbol is adopted to obtain high contrast image, the noise in the image is suppressed by corresponding image processing technology, and hence the photographic inspection accuracy of the test stand is enhanced.
