Abstract :
The multiuser detection (MUD) like joint multiuser detection requires more accurate channel estimation than that of single user detection, and hence post processing performed after channel estimation is required to enhance data detection performance. The post processing is to modify the estimated channel coefficients by eliminating the noise only coefficients after the channel estimation. In this paper, various post processing algorithms are introduced and find optimum threshold of each algorithm in the wireless system of the third generation partnership project (3GPP) time division duplex (TDD) mode.
