Abstract :
the basic principle of double-paves technology was introduced. Through analyzing its characteristics, construction machines for the technology was specially designed. Compared with past designs, the workflow of double-pavers construction machines has been changed. In addition, Productivity calculation and configuration of machine about all kinds of construction machines, such as dump track, were put forward. On the base of these, scheduling and decision-making system was constructed by wireless LAN and computer technology, which implemented intelligent dynamic scheduling, so that construction of asphalt pavement entered into a totally new digital mode of operation. At the same time, operation efficiency and construction quality were highly improved, in addition, cost was greatly decreased.
