Abstract
As the key part of chemical sensor, the design of supporting structure has great influence on the performance of the sensor. This article proposes a method for solving optimization problems of supporting structural optimum design. The original resonance frequency and modes shape of the supporting structure are obtained by the finite element analysis. On the basis of modal analysis, a method combining orthogonal experiment, radial basis network and intelligent algorithms is applied to optimize the structural parameters of the supporting structure. In the end, the random vibration analysis results indicate that the dynamic stiffness of the optimized sensor supporting structure has been improved greatly.
