Abstract :
Deficiencies of traditional traffic signal controller are analyzed. The paper presents a complete hardware solution of traffic signal controller base on SoC, improves on the flexibility of system configuration, stability and reliability of system function and so on. The design adopts multi-control instead of single control, and uses the multiple interval timing control to realize more convenient and more effective control of the traffic signal output, achieves purposes of increasing the capacity of transportation facilities, reduce or eliminate conflicts at intersections.
