Abstract
This article firstly introduced the definition and related concepts of Circle culture in China which elicit from Leadership-Member Exchange (LMX), and then elaborated various dimensions of this theory. Secondly, it discussed antecedent and consequences variables that proposed by scholars. Finally, it concluded that LMX theory is a complex process, and the theoretical study and further exploration of circle culture should be continuously based on research purposes and environment conditions.
