Abstract :
In this paper, we develop and evaluate an adaptive distributed radar architecture. We consider the case where the sensor separation leads to uncorrelated target and clutter voltages among the various receivers. The resulting processing architecture is an extension of the single sensor adaptive matched filter applied in a fixed-Earth coordinate system. Using simulated, single transmitter, multiple receiver configurations, we demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed processing approach.
