As career planning of college students is new to our country and still in its early stage, colleges and universities teaching system cannot yet fully meet the needs to build and implement career planning for university students. Network Curriculum software is developed according to the characteristics of the course, as a basis for further deepening the educational reform and innovating teaching system to insure the implementation of career planning of college students. In this paper, design ideas and application results of the network curriculum software are put forward.
