Excellent Course construction is the key to update the concepts of education and to improve teaching quality. Combined with the practice on teaching team building of college mathematics class for many years, this paper focuses on how to strengthen the ability of teachers. It puts forward a specific training plan. All these will be beneficial to construct Complex Type Team with teaching and research ability.
