After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

With the development of the market economy, the competition is becoming stronger and stronger. Every enterprise and party is organizing their own team for their survival and development. At the same time, with the predominant economy condition and the increase of single child, many undergraduates have a strong sense of self-centered and a dim sense of team spirits. To solve the problem that the talents don´ t meet the needs of our society, it´s very necessary to add the contents of developing the undergraduate´s sense of team spirits during the teaching and the setup of teaching. A spot check shows the reform of the teaching has won the reorganization of the undergraduates, which also is a good exploration of developing high diathesis genius.
