In the field of computer science, lots of studies have made concrete theories and techniques rapidly developed. Relatively studies on philosophy of these theories and techniques are very few and have fallen far behind with concrete science. Pansystems methodology just provides a platform for further study on philosophy of concrete science, which is what we do in this paper. Two main results are obtained. One is a general mode of computation, where computation is a process of first mathematization and then computerization. The other is a special case: an actual problem is mathematized to a mathematical problem, which is then computerized to a program. Based on these ideas, the computation idea of knowledge representation and reasoning is studied, which proves that the two modes are efficient.
