To make statistical analysis of the new enrollment students of higher education and that of senior school of Shandong province over the years, and then to predict its new enrollment students of higher education and that of senior school of the following ten years after 2009. According to the statistics, the new enrollment students of higher education overpass that of senior school with a gradual larger numeric gap after 2008. The contradictions of the supply and demand of higher education students will become more and more prominent. Finally, some proposals and suggestions are given for the further development of Shandong higher education.
