Abstract :
With the emergence and development of Web2.0, the concept of E-Learning2.0 began to be raised. In E-Learning2.0 platform, the learners are the center and the learners´ role in the learning process is full stressed. E-Learning2.0 is an ideal platform which supports a variety of learning patterns. This paper aims to design a platform of E-Learning2.0. How to build a Personal Learning Environment, the learner´s learning process in E-Learning2.0 platform and application of E-Learning2.0 is introduced in detail.
