Abstract :
With the development of computer and electronic control technology, CAD / CAM technology as an emerging method of modern design and manufacture has been mature and wide-ranging in the application of machinery field, so it shortens development cycle of product and improves machining accuracy greatly. To design CAD / CAM system of EUP cam, based on development platform of LabVIEW, following the motion law of cam-follower and the analytical algorithm of contour, using mathematical toolkit provided by the software and the function of modular. As a result of that, it enhances the efficiency of design and manufacturing and reduces the cost effectively with strong practicability.
