Abstract :
Based on the line balancing, the assembly process of the automobile gearbox was analyzed. By using the Method Study in the line balancing - Program Analysis, the entire assembly process was studied to readjust the bottleneck process. The operation time is reduced and the assembling progress is optimized as the result of the readjustment, and the result can provide reference for the line balancing from "improvement afterward" to "control" or even "prevention forward".
