Abstract :
Frequency characteristics (FC) of capacitive integral accelerometers is mostly determined by processes of mechanic-acoustic interaction between travelling system and thin air interelectrode clearance. FMC calculation and optimization of such accelerometers is a very difficult multiparametral problem, that is convenient to solve by the method of modeling.
