Abstract :
The analysis and improvement of product quality was not accurate for the incomplete and uncertain of data in manufacturing process. To get the optimizable improve rules of product quality, rough theory has been adopted to analyze the manufacturing process. Firstly, the quality decision table has been presented. Then the incomplete information have been disposed based on the Similar Relation and proposed the method for getting the optimizable quality rules. Finally, a knuckle pivot manufacturing process is provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
