Abstract :
Green manufacturing is the theme of manufacturing industry in the 21st century. In manufacturing industry, it´s critical to restrict the quantity of waste cutting fluid poured in the environment in order to assure a green earth. In this paper, research is presented in influence of little quantity lubrication (LQL) in high-speed machining. The parameters studied are cutting temperature, vibration and AE signals which are comprehensive embodiment of cutting process. Experiment shows that LQL has a great impact on cutting temperature, vibration and acoustic emission and it is feasible to apply LQL in high-speed machining which can not only decrease the consuming of cutting fluid but also assure high quality products.
