Abstract :
Build a fast measurement and reverse system for typical piece using machining center, UG and measurement and reverse software developed by myself. Firstly, found a brief model to the piece which will be reversed, carry through measurement dot path for all geometry elements constructed piece and form a path file. Measurement and reverse software call the path file to create the main measurement program, send to machining center, and then be run to measure elements accurately. The data of measurement dot build the precision model to replace the brief model after to be dealt with, at last realize measurement and reverse for typical piece fast.
