Abstract :
In this letter a novel method of scalar miss distance measurement is proposed, which can keep high estimation precision even in the noisy background with very low signal-to-noise. What´s more, the good performance is not accompanied with heavy computation load. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
