Abstract :
This paper proposes a PDM design based on the clothing plate-type, and integrates the various different tools and software used in the stages of the product life cycle. So that the data can be used unhindered by the designers, producers, managers and marketers at all stages. It solved the problem that date can only be used in a phase-specific. In this paper, we construct the two three-tier structure based on J2EE and team center to adapt to the different needs of different users. And according to the requirement of PDM implementation, the problems in the process of PDM modeling are researched, Three models in the process of implementation including Plate-type database, the framework of the PDM system based on team center, and server architecture are established, and the report system is developed by the research of the pick-up method of the relative information of team center product. In addition, the paper integrates the existing idea of ERP. The study has some reference value to the digital garment enterprises.
