Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

By analyzing current situation of digital educational information service system from perspectives of education users´ needs and Educational informationization development, this paper proposes to construct theoretical framework model of this system and establish support service model and application path for digital educational information resource service and management, combined with multidisciplinary theories and principles. Moreover, details, structure system, strategies and development prospect of theoretical research for this system are discussed.
