Abstract :
Agricultural product transporting and manufacturing enterprises must synthetically consider the biologic attributes of agricultural products and the parameters of logistics channels to select the optimized logistics scheme. According to the attributes of agricultural products, the main influence factors of agricultural product logistics channel selection are analyzed. Moreover, an extension decision model of agricultural product logistics channel selection is built, which is based on the theory of extension decision and variable weights theory. The extension model can dynamically reflect the importance degrees of influence factors and special demands of decision makers during the whole agricultural product logistics operation process, and it can educe the optimized logistics scheme.
