Abstract :
Agile supply chain management is a complex systems engineering, the operation process of which is uncertain and dynamic. It requires the analysis concerning the process of partnership establishment and problems may come up during the cooperation with the starting point of the essence of partnership, and also the formulation of realistic and feasible selection mechanism and evaluation system of partners.
