Abstract
Quantitative assessment of customer value is critical for the local commercial bank to implement Customer Relationship Management in China. In this paper, based on analysis of customers´ contribution to a local commercial bank, an intelligent appraisal model based on support vector machine regression was proposed to assess customer value. The initial experimental results show that the application of the new model is effective and feasible.
