Abstract
Project progress risk management is an important component of project risk management. This paper, based on the variable fuzzy set theory, proposes an evaluation model of project progress risk level. The model introduces relative membership function on the basis of variable fuzzy set and relative difference function, and can reasonably calculate the membership degree of progress risk index and finally determine the progress risk level. An actual is involved to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the model and the result is quite acceptable.
