Abstract :
Combined with the real situation of medical treatment organizations in China, the workflow of CT examination in municipal hospital was taken as a research object. First, every factor that affects the time of CT examination was analyzed through collecting data. Then, by applying methods of workflow analysis and management theories of industry engineering, the workflow of CT examination is optimized and the operation program is standardized. Moreover, by taking advantage of information-based methods, the service level and utilization ratio of the equipment system in medical treatment organizations are improved.
