Research on the agent construction service reward from the perspective of project governance

From the perspective of project governance, this paper analyzed the responsibility, right and interest for the construction enterprise, established a risk allocation reward mechanism and divided reward into fixed and risk rewards for agent construction service. As the agent construction service is a kind of complex project management service, its price also should be a complex one. This paper took the bidding, consultation and supervision rate as the benchmarking, and integrated them into agent construction service rate management benchmarking. Agent enterprises will take the inevitable risk while they undertook the agent construction work and they are supposed to get compensation. This paper raised a risk allocation price scenario and formed a reasonable agent construction service price mechanism according to different risk preference between government and agent enterprises.
