Abstract :
Through the theoretical analysis of internal relationship between industrial cluster and county economy, combining with the present developing status of Liaoning county economy, the thesis finds out the main problems and puts forward the strategies to further improve Liaoning county economic development relying on industrial cluster, in order to realize the rapid increase of Liaoning county economy and the upgrading of industrial structure. Furthermore, it gives some suggestions for the development of the backward counties to some extent.
