  • Abstract
    A scientific project management performance evaluation indices system is conducive to improve the level of project management. In this paper, a project management performance evaluation indices system was constructed based on research both domestic and international on project management. Fuzzy analytic network process (fuzzy ANP) evaluation method was applied to modeling a multi-criteria project management performance evaluation indices system with dependence and feedback. The using of fuzzy can solve problems in an uncertain condition effectively and reach a more effective decision instead of providing exact numerical values for the factors of the model.
