Abstract :
In the supply chain composed of tench production association and the third-party logistics provider, the third-party logistics´ efforts can reduce the rate of tench going stale. Based on jointly losses bearing in tench Sales, the benefits derived from the reduction of tench going stale are primarily occupied by the tench production association, so there is not enough incentive for the third-party logistics provider. By adopting the game theory and under the conditions of either information symmetry or asymmetry, the optimal contracts can realize the supply chain coordination.
