Abstract :
Novel type of wavelength-insensitive monolithically integrated InP 1×N switch is developed using optical phased-array architecture. Low-polarization-dependent 1×8 switch, 1×16 switch, and application to 320-Gbps WDM optical packet switching are demonstrated.
