            Abstract : 
By using photonic emitters and fast-scanning lasers at 1.55¿m wavelengths, we generated very-flat spectra at 75-110GHz with a thirty times faster scanning-rate (35GHz/ms), much lower driving-voltage, and comparable power than those of tunable MMW oscillator.
