  • Abstract
    The new Energy Efficient Ethernet standard will significantly improve the energy efficiency of 10 Gbps copper transceivers. This paper compares the energy efficiency of 10 Gbps Ethernet copper transceivers that implement the new standard with fiber transceivers.
